Coming off of the discussion in last week’s
student roundtable, A Tale of Two Hygienists continues its series
on effective leadership and team-building. Their latest guest makes
establishing and refining good leadership skills the core of her
career.
Judy Kay Mausolf, or just Judy Kay, is the
president and owner of Practice Solutions Inc., a firm specializing
in developing leadership at dental practices. A speaker and coach,
she helps practices build the ideal culture for their team as well
as their patients, and sees uplifting and empowering people as her
calling.
